To facilitate time bound approvals, time limits for disposal of application of various services by the concerned Departments have been specified in the Odisha Industries Facilitation Rules, 2015.
As per the rules, every concerned Department or Authority is expected to issue the required clearances after processing the application within the pre-defined time limit. In case of failure to issue the required clearances within the specified time limit, such clearances shall be deemed to have been issued and the entrepreneurs may proceed with the implementation of the projects.
